Audience Responses

Absolutely loved it!

I love it. I have found myself unable to watch much online during this time - theatre on screen, meh. BUT this is exactly the kind of silliness I need from Zoom. You guys rock.

You guys just get better and better. Well done! And thank you.

Worked really well. I would possibly have replaced the 'Spooksoekers' with an alternate game in these PG oriented performances as "Would some members of the audience please feel discriminated against and go away temporarily" (the paraphrased slightly satirical version of what was said) was an awkward moment and not an investment in future patrons. 😁 Occasionally in these challenging times the bits you asked the audience for were ignored or forgotten. But overall a very fun evening, which I now feel confident about advertising to senior pupils. Thank you.

Being aware of the magic of creativity I was both impressed and entertained. A short preamble explaining what broadly ( being improv) is expected from the actors may reduce ‘catch up time’ Thanks for the escape.

It was such fun and so professional! It is such a welcome relief at such a very stressful time - thank you!

Really enjoyed Roberto.. He brought a great energy to the event. The games were excellent and I laughed a lot. It was light and quick. Very well done.

Only that it was too short!

Wonderful... Possibly consider less 'take that back' on conspiracy theory piece (rather than as a comma after each sentence) thus allowing more flow and creativity from the participants. 😁

Enjoying the zany fun! This week, Martin's sound was way ahead of his visuals.

Loved the commentary before the show and Wow! to your holding your long form together. Definitely maturing with age! VNAF next year?

Thanks for a fun show. The format worked pretty well baring a few connectivity issues. We logged in a few minutes late so unfortunately missed any introduction to the format you may have had. It would have been nice to know a little bit more about each game before it happened. The intros were a little bit too brief. I think especially first time people might have struggled a little bit to follow. Overall a very good and entertain evening. Good job

Belinda • Attended July 29, 2020, 8 p.m.

I dialled in late and watched a short bit but unfortunately was so zoomed out from the day. Too tired of screen concentration to follow or laugh, so I left. So my experience is not any reflection on the quality of the content!

Georgie • Attended July 29, 2020, 8 p.m.

It's fun! Starting to feel like real improv. Technical feedback: There is no way for me on Zoom to put it into Gallery View. So it is in Speaker View only: I only see 1 speaker at a time. There is no setting to change it to Gallery View like there is a normal Zoom meeting. I switched to the Facebook feed as that was indeed presented in Gallery View. But it was very much delayed compared to Zoom. Keep up the good work. Hope the donations are flooding in.

Great content, as usual. The Zoom quality was poor, with frequent interruptions - very disruptive for watching and was clearly very frustrating for the performers as well. Well done for pushing through with the show.

It was good but maybe next time you can try having the team do mini stand up comedy sets instead? Just a suggestion

5 - Thoroughly enjoyed the "escapism" effect of the event (from what we are going through currently) and the enthusiasm of the players. Thank you.
