In the streets of Jozi there is always a Ju-lius, a boy with few words or non at all.

A boy you may not see or even hear. Even though the odds may be against him he is not a victim. In Jozi the streets are cold and dark with very few birds tweeting. When no words are spoken what do we hear and see. A magical comedy about a boy hustling and busking in the streets of Jozi.
