The Comrade
It’s two weeks since Patrick “THE COMRADE” Ngubo; an iconic freedom fighter of Dinkonaneng, passed on with no burial in place yet. Two friends have taken it upon themselves to raise funds for his burial. Along their journey they unravel mysteries, secrets, enemies and close friends who have been instrumental in his death.
When they realize that the village is angry at them, they ask questions which lead them to answers surrounding a love story they are not prepared to uncover.
Told through the eyes of Smiley (Tshepiso Tjeeko), using clicks, sounds, mimes, songs and dance; the piece becomes alive through imagination as pictures are painted.

Great performance, enjoyed every moment.
The show was wonderful and just the right amount of funny lol... Can't wait for more shows.
The show was perfect - great characters acted out by a phenomenal actor. Please bring it back again, SOON!
A bit slow at the beginning but so intriguing and layered. Was rather impressed by his performance, versatility, the simple yet clever use of lighting and the spare yet incredibly effective use of music.
it was interesting and the story line relevant the narrator knew how to tell the story, was intertained and would like to go watch more of his shows
