When the parents of Nomcoba passed away in a tragic way after being struck by a bolt of lightning during a ritual to appease the ancestors, she was left with no one. Now and again, she will experience the touch from the ancestral realm.

This is her journey as she tries to find friendship in a world where everyone is consumed by the highways of life. And in that journey she experiences the loneliness of having no one, and the wrath of being rejected. The path to rediscovery lends her to a time when she discovers that she is a goddess inside, as she possesses the majestic traits of her lost mother.

The work is presented through contemporary dance, movement, and African contemporary dance.
