Following their win at Tx Theatre's Women's Festival last year, XXL finally comes to POPArt!

In a world that celebrates being thin, how do two “big” people accept eachother for who they are when society tells them they’re not enough?

The play “XXL” is about two people who become connected through their struggle with obesity and an unlikely friendship is born 1s they both navigate issues of self love, confidence in romantic relationships.

This is a new play written by a female, Makhalangaka Kolobe, who loves to take risks with her written works that usually explore human relationships. Itʼs directed by the dynamic multitalented and award winning actor and director, MoMo Matsunyane .
