POCKETS AND KNOWLEDGE leads audiences into a world of dusty class rooms, riverside and night time pacts made by corrupt officials, dimwit, shady Principals and greedy thieves masquerading as philanthropists in the poorest of most poor landscapes. Beginning with a huge, energised, upbeat village celebration which the audience becomes a part of when the show opens, very quickly the narrative builds steadily towards an epic climax that threatens to destroy the peace and quiet of the outskirts of busy cities. Only two little village boys, Sihle and Malusi; can revive the dying morality, only they can save the village from going up in flames and smoke...
